These are our original, famous Bindi Protein Balls! We absolutely love these protein balls for an afternoon snack with a cup of green tea! Full of protein and healthy fats, they really hit the spot before an evening training session.

  • 30 Grams Bindi Pea Protein chocolate
  • 250 Grams Pitted Dates
  • 200 Grams Cashews
  • 50 Grams Pepitas
  • 50 Grams Coconut Oil melted
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dessicated coconut to roll balls
Process all ingredients in a high speed mixer or Thermomix (Sp 9 for 20-30 secs) until the mixture is evenly combined. Shape into 16 balls and roll in coconut.
