Bee’s overnight oats with chia seeds are the ultimate time-saver breakfast. Full of slow release carbohydrates and satisfying protein, they are a quick and filling weekday option. Make a batch at the start of your week to pop in the fridge, then top with yummy berries to go. Perfect!
Bee's Overnight Oats
- 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Bindi Protein Vanilla Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- Put all ingredients into a jar and shake well
- Place jar in refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
- To serve, stir well and add toppings like fresh berries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs or peanut butter and banana.
