Chocolate-Blueberry PrOATmeal

Not just any oatmeal, this chocolate Blueberry PrOATmeal is warm, delicious and filling. Packed with protein and carbs it is the perfect winter post-training brekkie. Thanks to Tia Chitty for this yummy recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Oats
  • Boiling water
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Bindi Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Toppings peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, a square of dark chocolate, banana

Instructions
 

  • Put oats into a bowl and cover with boiling water
  • Cover and leave to soak for 10-30 minutes (as long as possible)
  • Stir then cover again and leave to soak for another 5 minutes
  • Stir and add blueberries, protein powder and honey
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds (adjust to get the texture you like)
  • Add toppings eg peanut butter, strawberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, a square of dark chocolate, banana
  • Enjoy!
