We absolutely love these protein balls for an afternoon snack with a cup of green tea! Full of protein and healthy fats, they really hit the spot before an evening training session.
Bindi Organic Pea Protein (choc) 30g
Pitted Dates 250g
Coconut Oil 50g
Pinch of sea salt
Process all ingredients in a high speed mixer or Thermomix (Sp 9 for 20-30 secs) until the mixture is evenly combined. Shape into 16 balls and roll in coconut.
