We love these easy protein pancakes after a hard training session. Filling, tasty and healthy mmmm… go crazy with your toppings too!
1 Cup Plain Flour⠀
3/4 Cup Self Raising Flour⠀
1/4 Cup Bindi Protein Powder (Vanilla)⠀
2 Tbsp Butter (melted)⠀
1 Egg (beaten)⠀
1 Cup Milk⠀
1/4 Cup Water (if needed)
Sift flours and protein powder into a large bowl, creating a well in the middle. Add in egg, butter and milk and mix until a smooth batter, adding extra water if needed. ⠀
Pour batter into a warm, greased pan and cook until it starts to bubble. Flip pancake and cook for a further minute. ⠀
Serve with fresh fruit, honey and natural yoghurt
You can prepare this mixture before you train, just add some water if needed before you cook them!
