VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES
We love these easy protein pancakes after a hard training session. Filling, tasty and healthy mmmm… go crazy with your toppings too!

Instructions
  1. Sift flours and protein powder into a large bowl, creating a well in the middle.
  2. Add in egg, butter and milk and mix until a smooth batter, adding extra water if needed. ⠀
  3. Pour batter into a warm, greased pan and cook until it starts to bubble.
  4. Flip pancake and cook for a further minute. ⠀
  5. Serve with fresh fruit, honey and natural yoghurt.

You can prepare this mixture before you train, just add some water if needed before you cook them!
