STRAWBERRY BLAST SMOOTHIE

A beautiful, creamy strawberry smoothie with all the goodness you need for a morning boost!

It has plenty of protein to keep you full throughout the morning.

INGREDIENTS:

250ml almond milk

1 chopped banana, frozen

100g strawberries

3 ice cubes

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon LSA 

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

METHOD:

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Top with yummy extras like chia seeds, coconut and fruit.

Add a small handful of spinach leaves and one teaspoon of Supergreens powder to really amp up the nutrition of this smoothie!
