We simply can't get enough of protein smoothies... when you've had a big training session and need quality nutrition quickly, a smoothie ticks all the boxes. Thanks to Tia for her delicious smoothie with just the right mix of protein for recovery and blueberries for added antioxidants.

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Bindi Protein Powder Chocolate OR Vanilla
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • Liquid - milk or water Adjust to the texture and taste you like
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds


  • Blend, stir, blend
  • Top with chia seeds and enjoy!
