Bee's Overnight Oats

Bee's overnight oats with chia seeds are the ultimate time-saver breakfast. Full of slow release carbohydrates and satisfying protein, they are a quick and filling weekday option. Make a batch at the start of your week to pop in the fridge, then top with yummy berries to go. Perfect!

  • 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Bindi Protein Vanilla Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk


  • Put all ingredients into a jar and shake well
  • Place jar in refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
  • To serve, stir well and add toppings like fresh berries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs or peanut butter and banana.


Make up to 4 jars at a time; these will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
