We absolutely love these protein balls for an afternoon snack with a cup of green tea! Full of protein and healthy fats, they really hit the spot before an evening training session.

Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients in a high speed mixer or Thermomix (Sp 9 for 20-30 secs) until the mixture is evenly combined.
  2. Shape into 16 balls and roll in coconut.
