HEALTHY CHOC BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS š
- 4 pc eggs
- 2 pc large ripe bananasā
- 1/2 cup rice syrup/maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut/almond butterā
- 1 1/2 cup blanched almond mealā
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Bindi Pea Protein Chocolateā
- 1 tsp ā GF baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla bean pasteā
- 1/4 tsp sea saltā
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
2. Line muffin tray with 12 paper cases.
3. Whisk eggs until frothy.
4. Add mashed banana, syrup and nut butter and mix with a wooden spoon until batter-like.
5. Add almond meal, baking powder, protein, cacao, vanilla and salt & stir until well combined. ā
6. Spoon batter into cases and bake for 15-20 minutesā
