Raw Choc Protein Pizza 🤎

  • 1 cup Pitted medjool dates⁠
  • 1 cup Cashew nut or peanut butter⁠
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup⁠
  • 1/4 cup Collagen powder unflavoured + optional... can use extra protein in place of collagen
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder Bindi Choc Pea Protein
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder⁠
  • 2 tsp Maca powder⁠
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
  • 3 tbsp Cacao nibs
Blitz dates in food processor until mushy. Add nut butter and maple syrup and blitz to make a wet paste. Add collagen, protein, cacao and maca powders plus vanilla and blend until a dough consistency.⁠ ⁠ Place dough on baking paper and roll into a ball. Roll out into a circle with a rolling pin until about 1cm thick. Scatter the cacao nobs over the nibs and press lightly with your hands. Cut into slices.⁠ ⁠ 🤎 Prep time 15 mins 🤎 Makes 12 slices⁠ 🤎 Store in airtight container in fridge⁠ 🤎 Suitable to freeze⁠
