Chocolate Chia Pudding
There is nothing more satisfying than coming in from an early training session and opening the fridge to one of these little beauties. Simple to prepare the night before, these Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, and will provide fibre, iron, and calcium to kickstart your day.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, mix well and put into a jar or other container (if don’t have a blender you can mix well by hand).
  2. Place jar in refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).
  3. Add fresh berries and some roasted almonds. Or try some crunchy peanut butter and blueberries! Mmmmm get creative – the topping opportunities are endless (and delicious)
  4. Eat within 24 hours for best results.
Recipe Notes

* Try swapping out the chocolate protein for vanilla protein
* Replace the Cacao powder with Maca powder for a mood boosting serve of Vitamin B, C and E, calcium, iron and magnesium
